Shop Helper/Technician
Honeybee Robotics is seeking a reliable technician to work with our team of engineers to develop custom robotic and automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- perform day-to-day shop tasks in support of multiple engineering projects;
- operate all shop equipment/tools in cooperation with staff;
- safety supervision and enforcement of shop policies;
- maintenance of facilities and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a shop environment;
- working experience with standard shop equipment/tools (mill, lathe, band saw, power tools, welding, electronics wiring & hand-soldering);
- excellent speaking and written skills.
- must have High School diploma or GED - an advanced vocational degree is preferred.

Internship program
We hire interns for full-time work in the summer months as well as during the semester. Interns are typically ME or EE students who have completed their junior year.
