Honeybee has developed several systems for space flight, including the two Rock Abrasion Tools currently operating on Mars successfully.
We are familiar with the extreme environments of launch and space operation, as well as the stringent constraints on power, mass, volume, development time, and cost typical of flight missions. Honeybee has designed and qualified systems accordingly for flight. We are well-versed in the NASA formal review process and also hold internal design and status reviews on a regular basis. We have a history of on-time performance within cost and technical requirements for our customers. Additionally, we are familiar with flight operations as we have been key members of the Mars Exploration Rovers operations team for the RAT, both at JPL and via our New York office.
