Honeybee’s systems are built to survive the most extreme environments, both off Earth and on.

The WISOR welding and inspection robot is designed to operate in the subterranean pressure cooker of a 275°F (135°C) New York City steam pipe.

Honeybee’s High Temperature and Pressure Motor, designed to withstand the harsh conditions found on Venus, has been tested to temperatures as high as 860°F (460°C). This technology lends itself readily to applications ranging from metals processing to volcanic exploration.

Honeybee systems have also been proven under conditions of extreme cold; the DAME drill was demonstrated at the Mars analog site at Devon Island, in the Canadian High Arctic.
